NSW Christmas bush is an evergreen small tree or large shrub that has divided leaves. 

Ceratopetalum gummiferum produces a mass of tiny, white flowers in Spring followed by large pink to red flower bracts during summer. 

Prune hard after flowering to encourage strong new growth.

Christmas bush is a great feature tree with a spectacular summer display.

It prefers a sunny open position in well-drained soil.
